MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G

The worst person I know got this charge (MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G) a couple of months ago in Texas and then got indicted last month for it officially. The drug is meth.

Was curious about what the process for this looks like and what will likely happen. He has a misdemeanor that’s unrelated currently happening as well. He has no priors although he got in trouble with the DEA in a different state for drugs but they never pursued charges for whatever reason. His bail was 50k for the arrest that he paid 10% of and now there’s a warrant out for his arrest for the same crime since apparently they can do it again once the grand jury decides to pursue it? His arraignment is in November.
