Does anyone have any suggestions for increased neuropathy pain after getting the covid-19 vaccine?

I just got the most recent covid-19 vaccine. I also have neuropathy from an accident in the military, in addition to being G6PD deficient. Aside from the general soreness, my neuropathy is in overdrive. Even a fleece blanket touching my skin burns like touching a hot stove.

Does anyone have ANY suggestions on how to reduce this pain? Neurotin is literally a very brief stop-gap for this pain.
