Need help with groceries

Hi, I just escaped a very abusive family situation and fled abroad, and I also have severe chronic illness ( me cfs). I’m housebound and can’t leave the house at all. It’s a mess and both my physical and mental health are compromised.

Requesting help 20-30$ so I can order some groceries online.
