What Are You Supposed to Do With Years of Old Lab Results?

I was looking through some old lab reports recently and realized I have results scattered everywhere — PDFs, emails, patient portals, and a few paper copies.

It made me curious what other people actually do with theirs.

Do you keep your old blood test results from previous years?

Do you ever go back and look at them before getting new blood work done?

Or do they basically just sit somewhere forgotten after your doctor reviews them?

I feel like I can't be the only person with years of old lab results and no idea what I'm supposed to do with them.

Curious how everyone else handles this.
