Need help with my disabled sis.

So my sister has an intelectual disability and epilepsy. She has what my mom calls 'attacks' which ig are seizures? I only once in my life saw her actually shakinh from them mostly she just hella zones out and pees herself. Anyways she had more of then attack lately and my mom decide to finally make her wear adult dipers to sleep instead of just changing her sheets eveyrime it happens (it happens when she sleeps mostly). But my sister takes rhem off when she feels the attack coming cuz she likes them and doesnt want them to be thrown away (she gets like attached cuz mom reuses them when theyre not peed on since she wears them over her underwear) so they dont do anything. My stupid question is: WHATS A WAY TO KEEP MY SIS FROM TAKING THE DIPER OFF BEFORE AN EPILEPSY ATTACK?

Im asking to maybe lay some things off my mom, she rly has a hard fricin life. I hope nobody i know sees this 🫪
