Rib/ breathing specific PT recs? Ideally Eastside

Does anyone have experience with a Physical therapist in PDX area they would recommend? I'm dealing with some breathing/ neck tension issues stemming from rib immobility and partial rib flare. Looking for someone to fix my skeleton and teach me how to breathe right. Whenever I do research into a clinic they hardly ever mention rib and ab work so I don't know where to go to.

Ideally something in SE, milwaukie, or NE but I would travel for the right fit
