Anyone dealing with ocd and bpd?

Hi there, im new here and ive been battling with ocd bpd and lots of other mental stuff, my therapist also has found adhd symptoms but not fully concrete diagnosis. Its a mess. Im tired of the endless therapy, the endless loops of hope and despair and keep circling. Does anyone here have any similar experiences and has found anything that has helped them in any capacity?
