Hair help

Ive been noticing more and more hair come out when i wash it since the summer, so i was wondering if anyone has any tips to reduce this.

Im a trans woman and ive been on HRT for over 2.5 years, and since my HRT was taken over by the WGS in June i have been on 5 mg finasteride.

My T and E levels are good, and especially with the finasteride, i dont think its likely to be androgenic... I was also doing my beach lifeguard qual so i was spending lots of time in salt water and chlorine training, but i have reduced my training over the past month.

Does anyone know what it could be, and what i can do to reduce it?
