Shop from the USA but shipped from europe at the same time?

Hello, I wanted to buy a necklace from etsy and turned the filter on for shops that are in Europe. On the product in tells me "shipped from x(european country)" but the shop itself is from the USA. Is this a scam? Or do some users have partners that ship their products?
