wo long pc port confuse me please help

So I'm playing Wo Long on Steam with an RTX 3060 12GB and an Intel i5 12th Gen.

I know the PC port isn't the best-optimized game ever, but come on, I feel like something is wrong after all the tweaking I've done.

For upscaling, I'm using DLSS Quality Mode. I'm getting around 60 FPS, so I locked the frame rate to 60. The game can go up to 100 FPS, but I prefer keeping it at 60 because when it drops from 100 to 90 or 80 FPS, the experience doesn't feel smooth.

Even with a stable 60 FPS, the frame pacing still feels weird. It doesn't always feel like the latency between frames is consistent. I'm honestly tired of overthinking it, but has anyone else experienced this?

i played the game on PS5 before and i can say the 60 there is fair better even tho there some boss fight who make the fps drops in ps5 also but the 60 there is way better

anyway to make atleast the same feeling
