I think collectors should take a very close look at a shirt currently being offered by **Dream Auctions** before bidding.
Dream Auctions is currently selling this Antoine Griezmann shirt:
**ANTOINE GRIEZMANN #7 | 2025/26 ATLÉTICO MADRID | COPA DEL REY | GAME WORN vs BETIS**
**Dream Auctions listing:**
[https://auctions.thedreamauctions.com/es/lote/DA43-2531-2531/30-63-antoine-griezmann-7-202526-at-madrid-copa-del-rey-game-worn-vs-betis](https://auctions.thedreamauctions.com/es/lote/DA43-2531-2531/30-63-antoine-griezmann-7-202526-at-madrid-copa-del-rey-game-worn-vs-betis)
They are not describing it as simply *player issue*, *match issued* or *prepared*.
They are making a very specific claim:
**GAME WORN by Antoine Griezmann vs Real Betis.**
The match was **Real Betis 0–5 Atlético Madrid, 5 February 2026, Copa del Rey.**
Dream Auctions states that the provenance is a friend of Diego Simeone, with the shirt later acquired by an Argentinian match-worn collector.
Now look at this.
**🚨 THERE IS ANOTHER GRIEZMANN SHIRT FROM THE EXACT SAME MAT**CH
MWS has already sold a **different Antoine Griezmann #7 shirt from Real Betis vs Atlético Madrid on 5 February 2026.**
**MWS listing:**
[https://mws.com/es/product/antoine-griezmann-\_BWcCrP29Ea4nNhBiuoBIA](https://mws.com/es/product/antoine-griezmann-_BWcCrP29Ea4nNhBiuoBIA)
And the provenance of this one is extremely important.
MWS states that it is **officially partnered with Atlético de Madrid** and that:
**“We collected this product directly from Atlético de Madrid to ensure its authenticity.”**
The MWS shirt is listed as **WORN + SIGNED**, is signed by Griezmann and is authenticated through Fabricks.
Both shirts are also listed as **size M**.
And, as the photographs clearly show:
**THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT PHYSICAL SHIRTS.**
So we now have:
**Dream Auctions:** Griezmann #7 — Betis vs Atlético — 5 February 2026 — size M — **GAME WORN**
**MWS / Atlético Madrid:** Griezmann #7 — Betis vs Atlético — 5 February 2026 — size M — **WORN + SIGNED** — collected **DIRECTLY FROM ATLÉTICO MADRID**
This deserves an explanation.
**⚠️ BEING PLAYER SPEC DOES NOT PROVE “GAME WO**RN”
Dream Auctions describes technical characteristics of the shirt and its provenance.
But proving that a shirt has the correct player specifications is one thing.
Proving that **Antoine Griezmann actually wore that particular shirt during that particular match** is something completely different.
When an auction house attaches a specific player, match and date to a shirt and sells it as **GAME WORN**, that attribution matters enormously to its value.
So where is the evidence connecting this particular Dream Auctions shirt to Griezmann on 5 February 2026?
**“BUT PLAYERS CAN WEAR TWO SHIRTS IN ONE MATCH”**
Absolutely.
And this is important.
**The existence of the MWS shirt does not, by itself, prove that the Dream Auctions shirt was not worn.**
Griezmann could theoretically have changed his shirt at half-time or at another point during the match.
But if that’s what happened, then the question becomes incredibly simple:
**SHOW THE EVIDENCE.**
Was Griezmann documented changing shirts?
Can the Dream Auctions shirt be photo-matched to the first or second half?
Is there video evidence?
Is there documentation from Atlético Madrid?
Is there any independent evidence connecting **this exact shirt** with Griezmann during the match?
Because MWS has something extremely significant on its side:
**direct Atlético Madrid provenance.**
The Dream Auctions shirt therefore needs evidence supporting its own specific **GAME WORN vs BETIS** attribution.
**🚨 THIS IS A €1,000+ MEMORABILIA CLAIM, NOT A MINOR DETA**IL
Dream Auctions currently has the shirt at a **€600 starting price**, with an estimated value of **€900–€1,200**.
MWS’s directly sourced, signed Griezmann shirt from the same match sold for **€1,704**.
At these prices, collectors shouldn’t have to assume that a shirt was worn.
The evidence should establish it.
So before anyone bids on this shirt, I strongly recommend comparing the two listings and the photographs yourself.
**DREAM AUCTIONS:**

**MWS / OFFICIAL ATLÉTICO MADRID PARTNER:**
[https://mws.com/es/product/antoine-griezmann-\_BWcCrP29Ea4nNhBiuoBIA](https://mws.com/es/product/antoine-griezmann-_BWcCrP29Ea4nNhBiuoBIA)
Look at the photographs.
Read the provenance.
Compare the two shirts.
And then ask the only question that really matters:
**WHAT EVIDENCE PROVES THAT GRIEZMANN WORE THE DREAM AUCTIONS SHIRT AGAINST BETIS?**
If evidence exists, **publish it.**
Until then, I would be extremely cautious about accepting such a specific “GAME WORN” attribution without further proof.
**Two different shirts.**
**Same player.**
**Same match.**
**Same date.**
**Both size M.**
One was collected **directly from Atlético Madrid through its official MWS partnership**.
The other is currently being sold as **GAME WORN** by Dream Auctions.
**Collectors deserve to know exactly what they are bidding on.**
