Looking for a specific phone...

Ok so I am addicted to my phone like everyone else. I tried to solve this issue back when I was younger and It was doable but now that I grew up and I have responsibilities it's getting harder and harder to stop using my phone. Ebanking, NFC, chatting in group chats, maps. I am also a firefighter and I need to be able to talk with my group chat in Viber for obvious reasons. Every dump phone I have found so far is an expensive phone from the 2000. I need something strong and reliable with a good battery and with all the things that I mentioned above.

I was looking into jelly star or jelly 2 because I have heard the help with screen time since the screen is small but again I am human I am sure I will get used to it and eventually have no problems watching YouTube and reels in my free time.

Any other phone you might know that suits me.
