Accidentally swallowed weed how to get it unstuck? Been stuck for over 7 hours

My dumb ass decided to hit a pipe and I felt a decent size piece hit the back of my throat. Tried to cough it out all night even vomited a few times. Nothing is helping the feeling of being choked. I've tried drinking warm soup and tea, I have tried steam baths and even swallowed loads of bread. Its still stuck at the bottom of my throat. I have no issues breathing or swallowing or talking. But the feeling is just so strong it feels like someone is choking me. I have tried acid reflux meds, nothing has helped. Could use advice from someone who has accidentally done this them selves?
