37M Malayali from Mumbai looking for marriage.

Hi everyone,

I am a 37 year old malayali guy from Mumbai who is looking for a wife.

I thought I’d give Reddit a chance as I prefer falling in love first and then get married.

-I’m 37, 5'8" ,69 kg and bald.

-Wheat ish complexion. Slim body. Not muscular.

-Started practicing calisthenics for the past one year and intend to continue this.

-I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.

-I’m currently not working. I have total 10 years of work experience. I’m in the process of transitioning my career towards becoming a screenplay writer, which is something I’m genuinely passionate about and want to see manifested. I am dedicating the next 5 years for that. In the meantime I am also looking for jobs to support this dream of mine.

-I’m an only child and currently live with my mother.

-I am looking for someone with whom I can be comfortable being myself.  

-I am mostly a reserved type of personality.

-I practice Hinduism but not too religious. I do like going to temples just for the ambience it provides. I am not at all ritualistic.

- I occasionally practice meditation as well.

Preferences

-I’d ideally like to settle in Mumbai or Kerala. I haven’t really thought about settling abroad yet, so I’m open to discussing it rather than having a fixed position.

-I’m mostly vegetarian at home, although I occasionally eat non-vegetarian food outside. Women with different food preferences are welcome

-I’m not a pet person and don’t see myself having pets so looking for a similar type.(Non negotiable)

-I prefer to be childfree. (Open to discussion)

- I am looking for a Hindu but it's not mandatory. I am ok with other religions and communities as long as the person is not too ritualistic. If both of us can give space to practice our personal faith then that works best.

- I am not looking to spend a fortune on my marriage. A simple family function is fine. I am also considering register marriage if both us and our parents are ok with it.
