PC no display after switchin RAM

Hardware

Previously, my PC was using 2×8GB DDR4 RAM on an MSI B450M PRO-VDH motherboard, and everything was working normally.

I then upgraded the RAM to 2×16GB DDR4. After replacing the RAM, the PC suddenly stopped booting/POSTing normally.

The current condition is:

  • The PC powers on, and the fans and other components are functioning.
  • The RGB lighting on the RAM is also working.
  • The monitor remains on a black screen with no display.
  • The CPU LED indicator on the MSI motherboard is lit.
  • Before replacing the RAM, the PC was working normally without any issues.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps:

  • Using only one RAM stick and testing it in every RAM slot one by one, but the PC still could not POST.
  • Cleaning the RAM contacts with an eraser, but this did not help.
  • Reinstalling the old 2×8GB RAM, but the old RAM also no longer allows the PC to boot.
  • Removing the CMOS battery for around 10–15 minutes and then reinstalling it.
  • Clearing the CMOS by shorting the JBAT1 pins with a screwdriver.

Since the PC was working normally before the RAM upgrade, I would like to ask for help determining whether the problem is related to the RAM, RAM slots, motherboard, CPU/memory controller, BIOS/BIOS settings, or possibly another component.
