After all the individual build plates from the previous posts, I couldn't resist doing a full pre-assembly to finally see what this thing looks like in one piece.

And... yeah.

It's big. 😂

95% assembled, the model stands at **just under 80 cm tall and roughly 70 cm wide**. Seeing all those individual prints come together for the first time really puts the scale of this project into perspective.

At this point, the parts have been washed, cured, mostly cleaned up and test-fitted, but **the model hasn't been primed or painted yet**, with one exception: **the flag has already received a coat of black primer**.

What you see in the photos is purely a pre-assembly before I take everything apart again for the finishing stages.

The base has been partially glued together, while the larger sections are still only test-fitted. The flag is also temporarily installed just to get the full effect of the finished composition.

And I have to say, after looking at piles of individual grey and clear parts for the past few weeks, finally seeing Edward, the mast, shipwreck, waves and flag together as one piece is incredibly satisfying.

The photos show the model from several angles, along with a measurement shot for scale — because apparently **"almost 80 cm tall and 78 cm wide"** sounds slightly less ridiculous than it looks in person. 😂

The next step is to take it all apart again and start preparing everything for paint. The clear sections of the base will get their blue treatment separately, while the rest of the model will be primed before I finally start adding some color.

**Now I just need to throw an entire paint store's worth of paint at it. Currently looking for my teddy roller.**

Time to start painting!

**Stay tuned for Part 6!**
