The biggest issue in classic right now

Does anyone know whether Ri0t start adressing rundown in classic? I went straight from 70%wr to 50%wr. Same story over 0/10 peole that spam surr at 15. I do enjoy playing classic but this is kinda wake up call. I knew soloQ is rigged but in classic its way more obvious. Even got 0/20 guy got banned but guess what. Instead of banning him for RUNDOWN. Automated system gave him leaver after he quit match. Funny right? To us normal people not so much.
