I get unfunny around ppl I’m crushing on

Just in general I lose my personality around crushes but right now I’m starting to crush a bit on this REALLY funny person, and Ik I have a good sense of humour but I just can’t get it out around them. Also them being really funny makes me want to be on the same level in order to impress them, but ik I should be myself so I can find someone that’s right for me
