Where should I go from quiktrip management?

For a little under a year I’ve been an assistant manager at a Quik trip store and here lately due to issues with my store manager I’m trying to find somewhere new however it seems there is very little in the way of management positions that are available especially ones that have similar pay (20.20 hourly plus profit bonus) so I’m wondering am I just looking in the wrong places or is the job market for management not great for my experience/qualifications?
