Are these early pregnancy symptoms? First time TTC

I think I ovulated either on Wednesday 2nd or Thursday 3rd of September. My curls are usually 30 days and my period is due on the 20th of September. I’m not tracking my ovulation meticulously as this is our first time TTC and think it will stress me out so just going on previous cycles using the Flo app.

This week I’ve had extreme bloating, constipation and then for the past 2 days diarrhoea with waves of sickness. It almost feels like I have a stomach bug but I feel fine apart from some stomach cramps and gurgling stomach. I’ve had twinges in my right ovary which are worse when I turn on my side. My nipples also look a lot darker which is strange! I’ve also had really vivid dreams. I just feel different and not sure if it’s my mind playing tricks on me.

I did an early response test this morning as I could either be 9 or 10 dpo but it was negative. I’m planning to take another tomorrow and then midweek! Anybody else had similar symptoms?
