25 M 5’11 75kgs i dont smoke pr do stuff | i have been having these weird rashes and bumps on my ball sack

I am facing this issues of having weird bumps on my shaft and ball sack, earlier it was just 2 on the sack and a bit more on the shaft then i applied anti fungal cream and it went away. Now it has grown on my ball sack and cover it entirely with multples bumps

A description about them

It is hell itchy and not filled with anything but due to itch it got some scratches.
