I don’t think everyone walking into a body recovery center should be sold the same package

I run a postpartum recovery center in Metro Manila, and this is something I’ve become more convinced about over the years.

Two people can say:

“I want to improve my body.”

But they may mean completely different things.

One may be postpartum and concerned about changes around the abdomen.

Another may mainly care about body shape.

Someone who sits at a computer all day may be thinking about back stiffness rather than appearance.

So at our center, we start with a free consultation before talking about a program.

I think the useful question is:

What are you actually trying to improve?

We use UEMS for postpartum recovery and body-contouring support, as well as muscle stimulation around areas such as the back.

Sessions are around 45 minutes.

But I don’t think a machine or treatment should come before understanding the person’s goal.

Curious what others think:

When you visit a wellness or body-care center, what makes you trust the place more — the technology, the consultation, the staff, the price, or seeing realistic expectations explained clearly?
