Recommendations - Electric mattress topper?

Whilst it's still hot and muggy I am already thinking about winter and my bed getting colder. Wife is always on about an electric blanket.

I would prefer something I can put on the bed under the sheet, which is comfortable, electric, ideally with controls for both sides, a timer (Apple HomeKit would be top tier!) and isn't going to burn my house down.

Anyone got anything they would recommend? If it doesn't tick all the boxes but you really like it I'd still like to know!

thanks homies.
