Changing suppliers after finishing my 1st 15mg vial

Pwede na po ba mag-change ng supplier after finishing my first 15mg vial? 4 jabs of 2.5mg + 1 jab of 5mg and I haven’t noticed any appetite suppression and changes in my cravings for sweets. I don’t think it’s fake naman kasi naramdaman ko yung muscle pain on my first jab plus I feel the other side effects like always nauuhaw, dry yung bibig, and lagi ako naiihi. Plus my stomach feels really gassy after my injection. Pero when it comes to appetite suppression, and yung feeling na busog agad, I don’t feel those side effects kaya I’m thinking of changing manuf. Okay lang po ba yun? Anyone who experienced the same?
