DEM Correction

Hello, need help with DEM hydro correction.

Trying to correct a DEM for hydrologic analysis using Whitebox tools. The DEM (alos\_marsgy\_dsm) has an error where the channel is blocked by high terrain (blue dot). This is causing the fill tool to raise the entire channel elevation upstream of the block by almost 150-200m to manage flow direction.

Is it possible to remove the channel block error in GIS, which I think would solve this issue?

DEM is 30m resolution. Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks
