I did the solo raid on Arasaka because i didn't want to risk any Aldecados lives, so the game has Panam angry at me while she's living with V. Why?

Also, you'd think that being the top merc in Night City would give him some kind of access to save his ass like some regenerative surgery or whatnot, instead of a 'maybe' by mr blue eyes.
