does anyone use any helper meds to allow you to do more

i do about 1-3 grams at a time maybe in 1-1.5 days on a binge, i take clonodine .1mg to keep my heart rate normal as I have resting 100-120bpm, i notice I makes It easier to keep aniffing so i dont feel like im having a heart attack. anyone else similar? what is the substance? benzos opi, prescriptions
