Looking for a chill PC server (beginner)

I only have 20+ hours of playtime ; I feel relatively comfortable with the game, but it's frustrating trying to progress and suddenly getting shot at. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful server ? A nice bonus would be if I could chat with other players — I'm a girl, btw
