Offensive guy in Hasenheide today (nsfw?)

I was jogging through Hasenheide earlier today when a guy walking in my direction pulled out his penis and started to masturbate in the middle of the trail.

I managed to run a few meters away and pulled my phone out to take a photo or call the cops or whatever. He immediately ran away in the opposite direction and I failed to get that photo. It felt super sketchy and not sure if that guy could do something worse.
However, I am about 80% sure that I got a good photo of the same guy a bite later and he might have done the same shot again.

Now my question: did this happen to anybody else today? Could you send me a description of what he looked like and his clothing? I want to make sure that I have a photo of the right guy before sharing with the police. (I also won’t share the photo unless I am sure that somebody was in the same situation today).
