Should I go to the ER with BV?

For weeks now I have been noticing an odor. I’m 14 weeks today. I thought first it was the oral progesterone causing this but it persisted. I have an appointment with a doctor Monday but I’m worried to wait that long. It really burns and smells a lot. I also have a history of preterm birth from an infection so I’m quite worried.
