Making offerings to nature, cleansing/purge.

Any else leave things in a place in nature, stones and other offerings in wild parts of woodlands?

Leaving offerings in nature is a traditional practice in many pagan, druidic, and animist paths, but personally it is instinctual. When you feel the moment to give away something that is best elsewhere. Objects used as vessels that have served their purpose, better off being buried or placed somewhere appropriate. And some tools need to be returned. Past things buried or cast out. (If that makes sense)
