Why do people always find it hard to like flawed female characters, like yes she’s a mess, yes she’s sometimes evil but I love her so much.

People will have favourite characters like Tony Soprano and Walter white who are awful human beings but god forbid a female character isn’t perfect and she’s suddenly the devil. It’s like people saying they hate Olivia because she’s not a good person but then their favourite character is Eli loool how does that work?
