I’m so over comp teammates

Ok so I have two accounts and consistently place grand master on all roleson my main but in my second account I cannot find decent teammates. I went 42-3 as orisa and my DPS had a combined ratio of 14-36 and we lost. I always have one role play great (Usually tank and 1 support) if I’m DPS. I have only completed placements on DPS and after losing six of those matches got placed plat5, that’s whatever I can manage to climb from there. It’s the tank placements and don’t even get me started on support. My combined placements for those two roles are 0-6 and I physically cannot keep doing this. My predicted is gold 3 for tank and silver 4 for support. Please someone comment or message me so I can get a decent squad.
