Career in EHS

Recently my college has arranged a five day industrial safety training program. The trainer came from a renowned indian EPC conglomerate. After the training ended I am thinking EHS could potentially be my thing. Tbh I hate technical roles, i don't think I can survive in production. R&D could be a great option too but after working on my college projects I realised reasearch is also not my thing. Tbh I don't know what interests me at all. All I know is I want to settle outside of India (Europe to be specific) but I can't afford to do master's abroad, I've already taken a loan to pursue undergrad so there's no way I can go for a master's degree not that I am interested in studying further. (Honestly four years is more than enough for me to realise I'm done with academia )

So my question to those who have started their career in India and later moved abroad, what is your journey and what would you suggest to me?
