CANT CLAIM MY FREE MC SERVER RAM MEDALTV

So me and some buddies all contribute to this ram boosting thing for our server. All 5 of us so its exactly 500MB each. For some reason, I can't claim my quest reward or the ram. I don't have any other accounts just this one and it refuses me to claim it and it says "you have already claimed this reward" even tho I haven't.

My one buddy also is having troubles so we could only have 1500MB of extra ram. May I please have some help
