IUD Removal & Tinnitus

Anyone develop tinnitus after their IUD removal? And did it go away?

One ear started ringing about 2 months after removing the Mirena IUD and has not gone away (now on month 3 since removal). My periods don’t seem to have fully come back still at month 3 after removal. I haven’t had any hearing loss or exposure to loud noises. I’m convinced they are related because that was the biggest change when the ringing started… anyone have this experience? Did it go away once your body fully adjusted?
