Umrah as a couple Advise

need advice

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

My wife and I (both early 30s and fit) will be going to Umrah early October inshallah for 8 days. It will be my second time going but her first Umrah. We will be travelling to Makkah first for 4 days and stay at Doubletree by Hilton Jabal Omar and then travel by train to Medinah and stay at Waqf Othman Bin Affan Hotel.

After asking Allah to facilitate us, I wish to ask you guys who have travelled with sisters before, advice on how to make the trip comfortable, enjoyable and easy for her. Any suggestions and recommendations are welcome.

Specifically though:

Any tips for the actual umrah itself/tawaf?
How to find her after salah?
Best gate/entrance for women at Makkah?
Is visiting Hira worth it or any Zariyat at Makkah?
Women’s gate in Medinah, do i have to drop her off first and then go to the men’s section?
