Zero training?

I have been working here for 3 weeks and have been working grill exclusively, but have had very little training. Day 2 of closing i guess I was doing it alone. Is there a new hire orientation or educational videos? I have seen other people post here saying they have a trainer.

I ask questions when I can. The store was pretty desperate for people, and seems very busy. I have been told I will eventually watch some videos. Has this happened to anyone else?
