Anybody else .. a loner after they transition?

I'm a 30yr old trans woman 1 year hrt , I notice ever since I transitioned... I'm alone? My family distanced themselves, I got no friends but blessed to have a loving partner now but still feel alone. I can't even imagine my life without my partner, sorry this is more of a vent I guess.
