What is the least lore friendly respec for every companion

For my first dark urge run I thought it would be funny to freaky friday all companions and need some help with some of the more well rounded companions.

So far I have:
Shadowheart -> Ranger with wolf companion
Laezel -> the Bard
Astarion -> the Light Cleric
Karlach -> the Rogue
Gale -> the Barbarian
Minsc -> the Wizard

I’m pretty happy with these options but really don’t know where to even start for Wyll, Halsin, Jaheira and Minthara
