Tibos "bonus" resets WITH pushing back next reset date is BAD

Sorry, but I am tired of the current reset policy and functionality.

I was keeping 70% of my weekly to have a buffer for the remaining days, with the intention to burn it for some new building at the last day. Now the last day was coming closer, and a stupid reset pushed by weekly reset away. Again, I have to keep my buffer because I do not know when the next random reset is coming, if at all.

There should only be banked resets given, or resets WITHOUT pushing the weekly reset date.

In its current form I cannot plan anything, and I just hate it.
