How to encourage ppl to spend bits or send gifts on your stream?

Hello I am a small gamer streamer and I've been multistreaming on both twitch and tiktok and many streamers and content creators sometimes get bits and gifts(tiktok) and I was just wondering how do I encourage or make them send me gifts/bits. In my stream I have a Goal overlays. I also chat on the chatbox like "Yooo feel free to chat anything and follow me. You can also support via bits/gifts". So yeah how do I really get those?
