Jackpot?

So today I got the message that im now a blue badge and I have a few questions

So they’re training me to work singles, something called jackpot and I don’t like it, I doubt they pay different at that position so ima learn it just tell em I don’t like it

But the real question, what happens to my PTO? Should I use it now cause I heard they’ll take it if it exceeds a certain amount.

Just asking for a lil advice and some random questions this morning
