Debut voicebank ?

Hey so OpenUtau User here ! I want to get starter on Synthétiser V but I dont have a crazy budget so ill prolly only take one Synthétiser V. But I don’t know which one shoulder I choose. I want to have a strong voicebank but that is unknown. I want a voice that is rather androgyne but I don’t mind if not.
