Wildcard after using free transfers

Hello everyone

Pls I need an answer within the next 30 mins before deadline. Basically I had 3 free transfers at the start of the week. I used 3 across the week and then took a -4 last night to make a 4th transfer. I now think it’s better to have used WC. If I activate now, do I get the transfers back for next week? I’ve heard I don’t get the hit but really I want the transfers.
