Is cicaplast b5 good to use with tret or no?

Stricly speaking from perspective that any of the invidivual ingredients in cicaplast arent bad for you specifically. Is the idea of finishing with cicaplast on top of your moisturizer after using tret a good or bad idea?

I've read that occlusives can ''trap'' the tret on your skin causing it to be a lot more ''effective'' also meaning it will be a lot more aggressive and come with side effects

I have fairly sensitive skin and also suffer from perorial dermatitis, but my skin is such bad shape i desperately need my tret to work as good as i can without setbacks
