Everybody needs good neighbours

Has anyone noticed that this feature has changed or been updated recently?

I've long thought it a bit clunky but my neighbours section is currently useless, its only showing me 10 profiles, I have 1x Very High, 1x High, 1x Medium and 7x Low compatibility. And even the VH and H, when I visit their profiles the artist/s we supposedly share don't appear. I'm sure they're in their libraries somewhere but if I clicked on their profile at random I'd assume we had completely different taste.
