Jingran vs Augusta

I saw a few hours ago a vid of Jingran and Augusta on the Endstate Matrix and the results were pretty much the same, both had good builds and none of the characters had any extra buffs or sequence nodes, Augusta has 10440 and Jingran 10530. Is Jingran a male fusion version of Augusta? Is he actually stronger than her or is just the buffs from TOA? I wanted to pull for him but after checking the result idk if its better waiting for the rerun.
