Why Do I Keep Dreaming About Exes While Manifesting My SP?

Has anyone else experienced this while manifesting an SP?
I’ve been focusing on manifesting my SP, but lately I keep having dreams about exes coming back into my life. The weird part is that these are people I genuinely have no desire to get back together with and haven’t even been thinking about.
It’s happened enough times now that I’m starting to wonder if it’s common when working on self-concept/manifesting an SP. Has anyone else had random exes start showing up in their dreams while doing this? If so, what did you make of it?
