Dottore's personality if they kept Webtorre's Personality

While I do appreciate Dottore's current personality, I sometimes mourn the potential his webtoon personality could have had in the game. I feel like the devs missed out an opportunity to craft a Hans Landa/Lalo Salamanca kind of villain. I would have loved to see a character with an eerie yet vibrant charisma with such a theatrical flair to them. Although I do believe that ingame Dottore's personality still aligns with the affably evil trope because he has the demeanor of a well-respected academic, I find myself thinking about the latter very often.
